Recline beneath the stars with your own lounger, warm blanket, binoculars, and a comforting warm beverage as you take in the night sky.

Ask questions, explore deeper, and discover the universe with an expert astronomer who makes astronomy fascinating, engaging, and easy to understand.
Put Your Phone Away
Be present in the moment. Professional photographs of your experience and telescope images are included, allowing you to take the night home with you.

A Night at Himalayan Observatory Kausani

- Your evening begins before you ever look through a telescope. Follow your astronomer along our scale-model Planetary Walk and begin to understand the incredible distances and proportions of our cosmic neighbourhood.

- Settle into your personal lounger as your astronomer introduces you to constellations, celestial navigation, mythology, and the stories humans have told beneath these same stars for thousands of years.
- 03
- Move between multiple advanced optical and digital telescopes and observe planets, star clusters, nebulae, galaxies, and other celestial objects that are invisible to the naked eye.
- 04
- We'll photograph your group beneath the stars and capture images through our telescopes. Your photographs and telescope imagery are included, so you can put your phone away and simply experience the night.
